There are several Light BH lines, Heavy BH lines and Box lines, RH Japan DAITO H steel Assembly and Straining machining centers, 100 tons heavy steel assembly line, Most of the main equipments are imported with advanced technology.. Xiamen plant has achieved 50,000 tons in steel-structures. Zhangzhou (HuaAn) plant has achieved 150,000 tons in steel-structures, Sichuan (Nanchong) plant has achieved 80,000 tons in steel-structures and Vietnam plant has achieved 20,000 tons in steel-structures. We equip various forming machines for the Roof and Side cladding and purlins (we also can design various color pannel and purlins forming according to requirement from clients).
NCC have advanced design softwares inculding Stand-pro (Steel structure loading analysis) software(U.S), PKPM(China Architecture academy of sciences) and X-Steel shopping drawing(Finland). All the softwares can be competent for the drawing and complete compliance with the digital-control equipment. It will ensure the quality and performance.
